Monday night, February 20th, I'm going to be doing a special 2 hour live appearance on the Computer America radio show. That's two hours of Linux talk, questions, and answers and I'd like you to be a part of it. Computer America is a live, syndicated radio show broadcast throughout the U.S. and that means you can be part of the show. To appear on the air, dial, toll free, 866-606-8255 (that's 606-TALK) anytime during the show. It would be just fantastic to get some of you on the air!
The show starts Monday night at 10:00 PM Eastern time (7:00 PM Pacific). The topic of Tuesday's show is anything and everything Linux. You can listen to the show on streaming audio or live on local radio stations across the United States who carry the Computer America radio program. To find a station near you or to listen online, click yon link. You can also use mplayer to listen by typing the following command from the shell.
mplayer -cache 128 'mms://64.92.199.76/BusinessTalkRadio-IN' -identify
Incidentally, you can try the above at any time to tune in to the Business Talk Radio network, the network that carries the show on all these radio stations.
There's also a Java chat page available so you can take part in the live show and ask questions. Justfollow this link. MP3s of the show will be made available soon afterwards. I'll post the link to those on my Website sometime the next day.
